Premium Audit Service Agreement

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

AI-SERP Optimizer ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our") agrees to provide the Premium AI-SERP Audit service ("Service") to the purchasing party ("Customer," "you," or "your"). The Service is a one-time comprehensive analysis designed to improve your website's visibility in AI-powered search engines.

1.1 Deliverables Included

The Premium Audit includes the following twelve (12) AI-generated deliverables:

1. Personalized Content Briefs: 5-10 AI-generated article outlines optimized for AI search visibility, including titles, key points, and schema recommendations.
2. Competitor Gap Analysis: Detailed comparison showing competitive positioning in AI search results with prioritized action items.
3. Monthly Monitoring (3 Months): Automated tracking of AI visibility scores with email notifications for significant changes.
4. Custom Schema.org Code: Ready-to-implement JSON-LD structured data snippets for Organization, Product, FAQ, Article, and HowTo schemas.
5. AI Prompt Library (50+): Comprehensive list of user prompts relevant to your brand, organized by purchase intent.
6. FAQ Optimization Pack: 15-20 FAQ entries structured for AI extraction with FAQPage schema markup.
7. Priority Page Ranking: Analysis of your top 10 pages with specific recommendations and improvement potential.
8. First-Mover Opportunities: 15-20 low-competition topics for establishing quick authority with action plans.
9. Security Assessment & Action Plan: Security audit with vulnerability identification, risk prioritization, and compliance notes.
10. AI Compliance Assessment: Analysis of crawler access, structured data quality, content accessibility, and E-E-A-T signals.
11. Branding Assessment: Brand visibility analysis including entity signals, trust indicators, and differentiation scoring.
12. Future-Proof Assessment: Preparation analysis for emerging AI trends including multimodal AI, voice search, and AI agents.

1.2 Delivery Format

Deliverables will be provided via email in the following formats:

• Comprehensive PDF report containing all analysis and recommendations
• Code snippets ready for copy-paste implementation
• Access to monitoring dashboard for the 3-month tracking period

1.3 Delivery Timeline

The initial audit report will be delivered within 48 business hours of successful payment. Monitoring reports will be delivered monthly for three (3) months following the initial audit.

2. SERVICE FEE

The total fee for the Premium Audit Service is $1,000 USD, payable as a one-time payment at checkout. This fee covers:

• Complete analysis of one (1) primary website URL
• Competitor analysis of up to three (3) competitor URLs (if provided)
• Three (3) months of monitoring services
• All twelve (12) deliverables listed above

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

To enable successful delivery of the Service, Customer agrees to:

1. Provide Accurate Information: Submit a valid, publicly accessible website URL and accurate contact email address.
2. Ensure Website Accessibility: Ensure the submitted website is accessible to our crawlers during the analysis period (not blocked by robots.txt or authentication).
3. Review Deliverables: Review the audit report and contact us within 14 days of delivery if any issues or questions arise.
4. Implementation: Customer is solely responsible for implementing any recommendations provided. Provider does not guarantee specific results from implementation.
5. Competitor Information: If competitor URLs are provided, Customer confirms they have a legitimate business interest in analyzing those competitors.

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 Full Refund Eligibility

Customer is entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:

• Non-Delivery: If the audit report is not delivered within 5 business days of payment confirmation.
• Technical Failure: If we are unable to successfully analyze the provided website due to technical issues on our end.
• Pre-Delivery Cancellation: If Customer requests cancellation within 24 hours of purchase AND before audit processing has begun.

4.2 Partial Refund Eligibility

Customer may be entitled to a partial refund (50%) under the following conditions:

• Incomplete Deliverables: If fewer than 10 of the 12 promised deliverables are provided due to unforeseen limitations.
• Quality Concerns: If Customer demonstrates the deliverables do not meet professional standards (subject to review).

4.3 Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

• Customer provided an inaccessible, password-protected, or non-existent website URL
• Customer's website blocks crawlers, preventing analysis
• Customer fails to implement recommendations and is dissatisfied with their website's performance
• Customer changes their mind after the audit has been delivered
• Customer expected specific ranking improvements (we provide recommendations, not guarantees)
• More than 14 days have passed since delivery of the audit report

4.4 Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

1. Email support@aiserp.org with subject line "Refund Request - [Order ID]"
2. Include your order confirmation email and reason for refund request
3. We will respond within 3 business days with our decision
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Customer Content

Customer retains all rights to their website content. By purchasing the Service, Customer grants Provider a limited, non-exclusive license to access and analyze their publicly available website content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

5.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, Customer receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, and implement all deliverables for their business purposes. Customer may not resell or distribute the deliverables as a standalone product.

5.3 Methodology

Provider retains all rights to our proprietary analysis methodology, AI models, scoring algorithms, and general insights derived from providing the Service.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Provider agrees to:

• Keep Customer's website data and audit results confidential
• Not share Customer's specific information with third parties
• Use Customer data only for the purpose of delivering the Service

Provider may use aggregated, anonymized data for improving our services and may reference Customer as a client (company name only) unless Customer opts out in writing.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

7.1 No Guarantee of Results

The Service provides recommendations and analysis based on current AI search engine best practices. Provider does not guarantee:

• Specific improvements in search rankings or visibility scores
• Increased traffic, leads, or revenue
• Appearance in any specific AI search results or featured snippets
• That AI search engine algorithms will not change after delivery

7.2 Maximum Liability

Provider's total liability for any claims arising from this Service shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer for the Service ($1,000 USD).

7.3 Exclusion of Damages

In no event shall Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Provider reserves the right to modify the Service deliverables as AI search technology evolves. Any changes that materially reduce the value of the Service will entitle Customer to a proportional refund if the Service has not yet been delivered.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and Provider regarding the Premium Audit Service.
